Unfortunately and without exception, and in strict observance of proper sanitary procedure we cannot provide refunds or returns on opened hair care or skin care products. (Studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).
What if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately through the contact form on this site. You'll be instructed to ship it back to us - along with all the original packaging, to be considered for a replacement. Once received and verified we'll ship out a replacement and credit your charge card for the shipping costs.
What if the product is not what I ordered?
We're happy to provide a replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange authorization so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Send your package via an insured, trackable and prepaid method (we recommend USPS). Include your packing slip (or order number) or email communication detailing the error and we'll get your order to you as quickly as posiible!
A friendly suggestion....We suggest that you find out your skin type before selecting any skincare products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you'd like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your skin, please contact us.
What about online personal training packages?
There are absolutely no refunds or returns on any online personal training packages OR in-person personal training packages, whatsoever, EVER. Please note that if you do not agree to our return policy at checkout your transaction will automatically be rejected by the authorization system.
