Each client is unique, therefore there is no menu of 'pre-fab programming' to pick from. After your free consultation your program is tailored to YOUR lifestyle, YOUR needs & YOUR particular situation.our NYC in-person training packages include: ::Hourly expert private training sessions with Terri ONLY:: It's important to make a distinction in what 'private' training means. Many private trainers work in, or, out of 'trainer gyms', and/or public commercial gyms that allow the trainer to train clients for a fee as long as the client joins the gym. That's not the case with TWTNYC. TWTNYC deals with the intense professional, the busy celeb, the jet-set socialite, and the high-profile trendsetter that needs, prefers and demands an entirely private experience. There is no distraction, drama, or worry about equipment availability and working around others. There's no gym membership involved. There are no other trainers/people to deal with. No one knows your business, and your privacy is guarded and maintained. Also, many trainers use assistants to train their clients. Terri realizes that you're paying for the 24 years of experience she brings to the table. She's ALWAYS there. No substitues, or assistants. ::All grooming necessities & amenities provided:: Bath sheets & towels, ionic hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shaving kits, soaps, lotions q-tips, deoderant, toothpaste....and whatever else you could need are always available. ::Locker & Laundry:: Many of TWTNYC's clients are lucky to fit the session into their schedule. Terri strives to remove as many obstacles to getting to the gym as possible by providing a fail-safe situation for the client. On your first session, bring two changes of your workout clothing, leave your sneakers or other equipment. Everything will be ready for you when you arrive. You don't lug anything around, or have to remember anything but your appointment time! Online Fitness Assessment Tracking: After you fill out the fitness assessment, your program will be designed with the information you provide. You'll tell Terri EVERYTHING about your goals, injuries (if any), eating, and exercise history. After your re-assessments you'll have an online record of everything you've accomplished! Exercise Demos: Don't worry about exercise technique! You'll learn technique hands-on with Terri. BUT With over 400 animated exercise demos with explict and detailed instructions you'll never have bad form, or FORGET WHAT TO DO ON YOUR OWN! The exercise library is very straightforward and comprehensive, including exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, weight machines, body weight and more.
